ON THE DAY
-
We are looking forward to welcoming our community to Melanoma March Sydney on Sunday, 10 March 2024 at Rodd Park, Rodd Point along the Bay Run.
This is your opportunity to run or walk with 2024 Australians of the Year, Richard and Georgina.
Please allow plenty of time to find parking nearby, if driving.
Runners will start first in waves, followed by walkers who will also start in waves.
Grab a bite to eat from Satay Brothers or Cool Bananas and a coffee from Barista of the Caribbeans or Piaggio Bean (charges apply).
Melanoma Patients Australia will be in attendance with resources and information on services provided throughout Australia.
Our event is dog-friendly so your furry friends are welcome to join us, provided they are on a lead.
The walking route is wheelchair and pram accessible.

To view the 7km running route, click here.
Runners will start first in waves, followed by walkers who will also start in waves.
Both the run and the walk start and end at Rodd Park, Rodd Point. The run is a circular loop of the Bay Run. The walk turns around at Hawthorne Pde park and returns to Rodd Park. The numbers on the map indicate the distance.
Given the popularity of the Bay Run, we kindly ask that our all participants keep left at all times.

PARKING
-
There is street parking in the surrounding streets and a few car parks along the Bay Run. There is also a car park at Rodd Park but there is only a very limited number of spots.
Please allow plenty of time to find parking nearby, if driving.
